Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on GIRINTS – a proud subsidiary (e-commerce platform) of Giritra Technology Private Limited. ("Company", "we", "our", "us").
We value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Certain categories like personal care, innerwear, perishables, or customized items may not be eligible for return unless received in damaged or incorrect condition.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@girints.com or call +(91) 11 47051622 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or request you to ship it back.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund Method:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI. You’ll be asked for your bank/UPI details.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled but may be returned after delivery (as per eligibility).

To cancel, email support@girints.com or use the “Cancel” option in your account order history.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, unless received in damaged or incorrect condition:

Gift cards or vouchers

Personal care & hygiene products

Perishable goods

Customized or made-to-order products

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share photos or videos of the issue along with your order number.

We will arrange a free return or replacement as applicable.
